Psych's 7th season reveal puzzle.

 

Maybe it's not a "company" or "business" in the traditional sense, but the USA Network TV show, Psych has a very strong social media presence. Fans of Psych are known as Psych-Os and the show's Facebook likes number over 2 million.

Part of what makes the show's Facebook page successful is the sheer amount of content provided to fans of the show as well as the ability to interact with actors through a feature called character chatter. In addition, Psych features a great number of deals for merchandise to keep fans engaged during the show's off-season.

The page allows fans to interact through games and in a number of ways that keep engagement and maintain fan interest throughout the year. Psych makes an active effort to "reward" fans online and most recently used a puzzle to reveal that the show had been picked up for a 7th season. This was followed by a video starring the
show's two main characters speaking directly with fans and will keep Psych-Os excited until the fall.
