India Bistro: Popular Yet Disconnected

Since my first introduction to Indian food about 5 years ago, I've become somewhat of a connoisseur. Having eaten multiple times at 10-15 different Indian restaurants in the Seattle and Bellevue area, I can safely recommend India Bistro (The Roosevelt location) as an excellent place for anyone seeking high quality Indian food and excellent customer service. The only problem is, if I or any one of their hundreds of customers talk about them, they aren't around to facilitate the discussion and foster a community around their brand.

One quick look at Yelp and it's easy to see the popularity of India Bistro:
Their Ballard location has 3.5 stars based on 171 reviews
Their Roosevelt location has 4.5 stars based on 91 reviews

Undoubtedly, these Yelpsters along with hundreds of others are talking about this restaurant chain on Facebook and Twitter yet India Bistro isn't there to support their brand.

No Facebook, Twitter, blog or responses to dissatisfied customers on Yelp. Not only that, because the aren't participating in the social discussion, they are most likely not reading the discussions either and are missing key opportunities to respond to customers and improve their restaurants.

Not only are they not using social media to their advantage, they aren't using it at all which is certainly to their significant detriment.
